2026 ICAPPS Registration

[2026 ICAPPS EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION]    GO TO REGISTRATION (ICAPPS Web Site >> Registration)

◎ Registration
- Step1 : Register on the KPA website (No payment required)
- Step2 : Go to IAP website and pay the fees (To be announced soon)
※ Registration completed by these two steps

◎ Period
- Early-Bird: June 1 ~ June 30, 18:00
- Regular: July 10 ~ July 31, 18:00

◎ Who
- Anyone who wish to attend the 2026 ICAPPS
- Paper presenter should complete early-bird registration.

◎ Fees
■ Early-Bird Registration (June 1 ~ June 30, 18:00)

 ※ Optional tour(Nusantara) will be managed by IAP. Will be announced when it becomes available.

■ Regular Registration (July 10 ~ July 31, 18:00)

 ※ Optional tour(Nusantara) will be managed by IAP. Will be announced when it becomes available.

◎ Inclusions
- Day1 (8/19) : Attendance to Welcome Party
- Day2 (8/20) : Access to all conference sessions ; Access to ICAPPS digital library for full text of papers ; Proceeding and Program book ; Conference Lunch ; Attendance at the Conference Banquet
- Day3 (8/21) : Attendance Technical Tour Activities ; Lunch ; Transporation back and forth.
- Day4 (8/22-23) : Nusantara Tour(Return Flight, Airport transfer, City tour bus, Hotel accommodation, Meals)

◎ Remarks
- To be eligible for student rate, attendee must be enrolled master's course student undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of the status if requested to do so.
- To be eligible for general/member rate, attendee must be current member of KPA(membership fee paid in full).
