2024 ICAPPS Early-Bird Registration (~7/29)

★ This notice is for KPA members only. Overseas participants should contact the allianced institution of your own country.

□ Dates

Monday, July 1 11:00 ~ Monday, July 29, 2024 17:00

□ Who

- Anyone who attends the 2024 ICAPPS
- Paper presenter should complete their registration during early-bird period.

□ Fees

□ Inclusions

- Day1 (8/22) : Attendance to Welcome Party
- Day2 (8/23) : Access to all conference sessions ; Access to ICAPPS digital library for full text of papers ; Proceeding and Program book ; Conference Lunch ; Attendance at the Conference Banquet
- Day3 (8/24) : Attendance Technical Tour Activities ; Lunch ; Transporation back and forth.

□ Remarks

- To be eligible for student rate, attendee must be enrolled master's course student undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of the status if requested to do so.
- To be eligible for general/member rate, attendee must be current member of KPA(membership fee paid in full).
- Early-bird registration can be completed in KPA website.
- On-site registration is by credit card only.

☐ 대상
- 2024 ICAPPS에 참석하는 모든 사람
- 모든 세션 발표자는 사전등록 기간 내에 등록을 완료해야 합니다.

☐ 등록비

☐ 등록자 제공사항
- Day1 (8/22, 목) : 환영만찬 참석
- Day2 (8/23, 금) : 모든 세션장 입장, 발표자료 열람 권한, 프로그램북 및 프로시딩 제공, 점심식사 및 만찬
- Day3 (8/24, 토) : 테크니컬 투어(점심식사 및 교통편 포함. 서울 또는 송도 선택)

☐ 비고
- 학생의 경우 전일제 석사과정 재학생이어야 하며요청이 있을 경우 증빙자료를 제공해야합니다
- 회원가의 경우 미납회비가 없는 회원만 가능합니다
- 한국 참가자의 사전등록은 학회 홈페이지에서 받습니다
- 현장등록은 신용카드 결제만 가능합니다
