[업데이트] 2025 ICAPPS 사전등록 안내 (~8/4(월))

[2025 ICAPPS EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION] GO TO REGISTRATION (ICAPPS Web Site >> Attending)

★ This notice is for KPA members only. Overseas participants should contact the allianced institution of your own country.

Step1) Visit KPA website and sign up for 2025 ICAPPS
Step2) Visit ACCUPASS (바로가기) and complete the payment

※ Registration description on KPA and ACCUPASS must be identical
※ ICAPPS registration desk at Chung Hua University will not take payment
※ ICAPPS registration will not take on-site registration

□ Dates
Thursday, July 10 12:00 ~ Monday, August 4, 2025 17:00

□ Who
- Anyone who attends the 2025 ICAPPS
- Paper presenter(Oral & Poster) should complete their registration during early-bird period.

□ Fees

□ Inclusions
- Day1 (8/20) : Attendance to Welcome Reception
- Day2 (8/21) : Access to all conference sessions, Opening&Closing Ceremony, Proceeding and Program book ; Conference Lunch ; Attendance at the Conference Banquet
- Day3 (8/22) : Attendance Technical Tour Activities ; Lunch ; Transporation back and forth.

□ Remarks
- To be eligible for student rate, attendee must be enrolled master's course student undertaking full-time study, and be able to provide evidence of the status if requested to do so.

Step1) KPA 홈페이지에서 신청
Step2) ACCUPASS(바로가기)에서 신청내역 입력 및 등록비 전자결제

※ KPA홈페이지와 ACCUPASS 두 개의 사이트에 모두 등록하셔야 하며 양쪽 등록내역이 일치해야 합니다
※ 대만 ICAPPS 현장에서는 등록비 수납하지 않습니다
※ 현장등록은 받지 않습니다

☐ 사전등록 기간
- 2025.07.10.(목) 12:00 ~ 2025.08.04.(월) 17:00

☐ 대상
- 2025 ICAPPS에 참석하는 모든 사람
- 모든 세션 발표자는 사전등록 기간 내에 등록을 완료해야 합니다.

☐ 등록비

☐ 등록자 제공사항
- Day1 (8/20, 수) : 환영만찬
- Day2 (8/21, 목) : 모든 세션장 입장, 개·폐회식, 프로그램북 및 프로시딩 제공, 점심식사 및 만찬
- Day3 (8/22, 금) : 테크니컬 투어(점심식사 및 교통편 포함. 코스 A 또는 B 中 선택)

☐ 비고
- 학생의 경우 전일제 석사과정 재학생이어야 하며 요청이 있을 경우 증빙자료를 제공해야 합니다
